Yesterday I checked my
weight and bang – 99.9 kilos! I’m already under the 100! This is
awesome. Well, it does not look much but I'm happy because it is
positive. I continue my milk and fruits diet. No meat in any kind. My
BMI dropped to 28,9 that means overweight. Bye bye obese! :)) I
attach a picture for the record. Hope that kind of posts motivate you
