Celebrating 20 years of friendship


Last night it was great fun! We managed to gather with friends. Friendship for almost 20 years is a great motive, always . Unfortunately I’m totally tired and did not managed to ride my cycle today. Will continue tomorrow morning however. I felt very uncomfortably after my Monday and especially Tuesday rides. Air was cold, it was raining also. Perhaps that was the reason I felt a little shortness of breath. Good news is that it lasts only until Wednesday so yesterday I had no such issue. Tomorrow will try to brake records, again :)

Weekend is over, time for new cycling for weightloss records!

Yeah, that weekend I devoted to full relax and sleep. Excluding the nights full of dancing and parties, both days were only full of movies and decent sleep. That Monday morning woke up as usually at 6:00. Pumped up the tires of the bicycle and went for a ride. Weather was not good, but that obstacle did not managed to ruin my plan – to extend the distance and calories burned. And I made it, Yes you might say, is not much but the result is positive. Was a great day today, broke my own records cycling for weight loss

Yes, as usually woke up 6:00 in the morning. Prepared my old fashion road cycle dinosaur – RAZESA and run out of the garage. After yesterdays workout I’m even more convinced that will brake records! And fortunately yes, went almost 2 kilometers far from yesterday. Calories burned today was 412, just from that exercise. Obviously as far as I go , as much calories I burn! Wishing you all great weekend and always remember – to lose weight you have to work harder and eat lesser!

Continuing road cycling

Continuing road cycling those days with less efforts than ever. I mean that there is no more exertion headaches and shortness of breath. In the beginning of this year's cycling activity, it was painful. But I was 106 kg. I had to solve that health issue, consulted with my cardiologist and he said : you have to lose weight! My heart tests and exams showed nothing not normal. It was just the damn weight that made me feel like shit and continuously ruined my cycling efforts. I changed the tactic : began with the famous 10000 steps a day! Every day! After the past two months of everyday consistent exercise (even at that low scale) I managed to lose 5 kilos. Have to admit that I cutted the calories intake as much as I can. I forgot about the launch at all. Only fruits, raw fruits as much as I can during the day + a jar of home made yogurt. Raw ship milk only! Bulgarian Lactobacillus bacteria is world wide famous and the flavor can be obtained only here in Bulgaria. It is amazing... Nature!
After that period I did not stopped trying to cycle. And now, I have no more exertion headaches, nor shortness of breath at all. Today even managed to broke my distance record :) . Slowly but steady, begin to improve the results. I remember the time (almost 5 years ago) when I had no problems to make 40 km of vicious mountain lap. Here in Sliven , Bulgaria, the terrain is so tough that only a few can resist it. Yes, I was 5 years younger back then, but also 25 kilos less as a body weight :) . Writing this all first to be able to track my progress and second, to motivate you to do the same. Because over weigh and obese can only ruin our lives.

we keep walking and riding

No doubd walking improves overal health. recently I include road cycling, my favorite excercise wich I forgot, in the past seveeal years.It is far more efficient and can not be compared to walking, buns hell more calories. Result since begining of the blog - 5 kilos less! My diet is based just on cut of calorie intake. Nothing more nothing less. I eat only yogurt, here in Bulgaria it is awesome. Prepare it at home with raw bio milk. Eat one jar per day + as much fruits as i can.

Heart rate and sport

Greatly improved results. After one month of 10000 steps a day, my heart rate dropped. Now, right now it is 96 bpm. Considering 2litters of beer already dry. What an improvement!!!
