we keep walking and riding

No doubd walking improves overal health. recently I include road cycling, my favorite excercise wich I forgot, in the past seveeal years.It is far more efficient and can not be compared to walking, buns hell more calories. Result since begining of the blog - 5 kilos less! My diet is based just on cut of calorie intake. Nothing more nothing less. I eat only yogurt, here in Bulgaria it is awesome. Prepare it at home with raw bio milk. Eat one jar per day + as much fruits as i can.
